4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables, unless otherwise agreed. Web Quick Solutions retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios and marketing materials.

5. Revisions & Support

Reasonable revisions are included as defined in the project scope. Additional revisions or features beyond scope may incur extra charges. Ongoing support is provided only if included in the agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Web Quick Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or business interruption.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. Any completed work up to the termination date must be paid for.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, plugins, or hosting services. Web Quick Solutions is not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
